Extra Blank Page is Printed Occasionally SMOTGO
Question: Why do some of my estimates and or invoices look like the one above where an extra sheet that is blank comes out.
Answer: All of the printouts from SMOTGO are generated by the Microsoft Reporting Service. We create the format, then the service adds all the info to create the printout each time a request is different. The service determines how many pages are produce depending on the amount of information is has to add to the printout. If there is one extra character or space than the first page can hold, then a second page is created. So even though we cannot see it, there is something on this second page. Even if it is just a extra space. We will continue to work on this to find a solution, but thus far, we have not been able to improve this.
